The Comeback: Tom Dixon Re-Opens NYC Store with Stunning New Collections

It's a long awaited return as Tom Dixon re-opens their Greene Street Shop in New York, with an amazing new collection being released for the very first time in the US. The re-opening is not just going to be a simple ribbon cutting ceremony either, as it also marks Tom Dixon's first return back to the State since 2019; with a slew of events for consumers, press, architects, designers, and many more VIP guests at the Tom Dixon Studio.

Located in the heart of Soho - an area known for its designer furniture, fragrances, and fashion brands, the Greene Street shop is a massive two floor space with high ceilings, spanning over 6700 sq. ft. The revamped shop features the latest collections including the show stopping MELT chandeliers, PRESS lights and the MASS furniture range.

According to Tom, “It’s been a long two years of not being able to travel to the USA. It’s been a strange separation, but in its own way, makes this trip all the more exciting as we have many new stories to tell, so many new products to show and new adventures to start out on. Experiments in minimalism and materiality have produced the MASS collection of furniture where UK manufacturing and tailor-made thinking combine to make a monumental set of brass archetypes. Investigations into industrially pressed glass and maximum luminosity have produced the PRESS series of lenticular lighting. The hallucinogenic reflections of MELT take on a new structure with the chandeliers destined for American scaled lobbies, dining rooms and stairwells. All presented in our refreshed headquarters in the heart of the city on Greene Street.”
